Accuracy: We endeavor to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part numbers, cross-references, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are completely error-free.

Buyer Responsibility: Heavy vehicle parts can be highly specific. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify part compatibility using their vehicle’s Make, Model, Year, and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or OEM number before purchasing. Punjab Autos is not liable for damages arising from incorrectly self-diagnosed or mismatched parts.

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable government taxes unless explicitly stated.

Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and paid for. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
